Leanna: -thinks: 'It's fine. The wind'll die down...' and coughs, placing my hand in my bag and finding my inhaler, and starts to move away but falls to my knees- Gotta -cough- find my -cough cough- inhaler...
Leanna: Thanks. -uses the inhaler and sighs, getting back onto my feet- I better get back inside until the wind goes away... -starts walking back to the route gate and sits down, waiting for Miles to come back, looking down at my shoes and silently reprimanding myself for going out without Miles-
Yeah, I'm fine. I... I thought I would be fine, anyway... I haven't needed my inhaler for a month now. -wipes a tear with my sleeve before it could run down my cheek- How am I gonna tell Miles I was being stupid and almost died? -looks away-
Leanna: It wasn't your fault, Rizuka! I've been sick since birth. I almost died so many times that I can't count. And who knows, maybe if I did die one of those times I wouldn't discourage someone amazing like you...
Miles: Don't say that, Anna. It isn't true. -sits her down again-
Leanna: Yeah. -looks at Miles- As for your statement, maybe it's better if it was. -looks down and starts to cry, my face flushing as I imagine everyone in the gate stopping and staring at me, the stupid crying girl in the corner who can't man up and deal with the facts-
Leanna: -sniffs and takes a tissue from my bag- I want to go home, Miles...
Miles: I know, but why don't we stay here for just a while longer? You were so excited to come to Castelia before. I don't know what in Arceus's name happened.
Leanna: I just realized how stupid I was and--
Miles: Leanna, stop lying to yourself. You're a bright child, if anything throughout your ten years of school has taught you.
Leanna: -stays silent and eventually stops crying, my cheeks and eyes red from crying-
